Congratulations T.J. Richter!
Thomas P. Richter, Jr., (T.J.) becomes a principal shareholder of Loesel-Schaaf Insurance Agency, Inc., Erie, PA and is named Vice-President and Treasurer as of January 1, 2021.
With roots in Erie, T.J. graduated from Cathedral Prep and the University of Dayton with a BS in Entrepreneurship. T.J. enjoys the challenge of helping clients find the right protection to fit their needs, as well as finding and explaining holes in their current policies, which can increase their exposure to risks. “T.J. has proven to be a strong leader with his knowledge and experience in the insurance industry” says former Principal, President and Treasurer, Doug Loesel.
As we turn the page on a new year, Doug Loesel is making a transition from the day-to-day management of the agency and is turning over the reigns as President to Eric Consiglio. Doug will remain with the agency as Chairman of the Board and said, “I am looking forward to this new chapter in the succession of the agency founded by my Grandfather.” The nearly 100-year old agency has strong roots in Northwest PA and has clients in almost every state. “I’m proud of our growth over the years and I feel we have a great group of individuals to carry on the Loesel-Schaaf legacy” says Loesel.
