One word to describe LSi: Fun
Fun Fact: I change the oil in our family cars myself and used to replace the brakes.
In 1983, I graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and was hired as a health insurance sales person by The Travelers Insurance Company. Most of my time was spent in their Denver and Boston offices before arriving in Erie in 1990. I managed the Erie Sales Office until 1992, which is when they closed the office due to “lack of sales.” LSi must have felt bad for me because they offered me a job and I’ve been here ever since.
In addition to being a daily disruption to the LSi employees, I find unique ways to significantly cut employers’ health insurance costs and convey these cost saving methods to our clients and prospects.
My spiritual faith is very important to me. I am a Eucharistic Minister, Sacristan and occasional Alter Server at St. George and also, a Knight of Columbus and a Roman Catholic Knight. I have served on the Mercyhurst Prep Board for 9 years and as Board Chair my last year. I have coached Saint George Tennis (10 years) and Girls’ soccer (6 years). I also played men’s ice hockey in Erie for 20 years.
