Fun Fact: I’m an identical twin.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mercyhurst University. I started my insurance career in Harrisburg with Rite Aid Corporate in their Managed Care Dept. I moved back to Erie and worked for Great Lakes Managed Care, which eventually became the regional health insurance carrier, Alliance Health Network. Then, I was recruited by Loesel-Schaaf to join their team! Our team is like family.
My main priority is to provide exceptional service to our clients and members. Each day has different service opportunities based on their needs. I may be reviewing quotes, assisting with implementation and/or renewal of plans and everything in between, including benefit inquires, document updates/reviews, employee meetings, etc.
When I’m not working, I enjoy baking and working in my yard, but I’m happiest when hanging out with my twin, her hubby and their 3 labs, my boyfriend, and family and friends. Also, I LOVE Erie! I enjoy our 4 seasons (although, I could live with snow only at Christmas), the Peninsula (or beach, as I call it), our sunsets, live music, local restaurants, food trucks, etc.
