After graduating from Penn State Erie – The Behrend College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, I went on to earn a Master of Sports Management degree from the University of Northern Colorado. After completing my education, I worked in the sports industry for six years, starting with the Cleveland Cavaliers organization where I managed game-day operations for their digital ticketing platform. A year later I moved back home to Erie for the opportunity to help start the Erie BayHawks NBA G-League franchise. Throughout my five years with the BayHawks, I served in a variety of business development positions before being named VP, Business Operations.
My insurance career started on the carrier side with Erie Insurance where I spent 12 years in Marketing, including five years as Product Marketing Lead for Commercial Lines. In this role, I had the opportunity to partner with product development, loss control, the agency force and field sales managers on different programs and initiatives, which ultimately led me to discover my passion for business insurance.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Megan and our son, Lucas. We enjoy outdoor adventures with our dog, Daisy, taking road trips and exploring new places, and watching or playing sports. You can often find us at a local baseball field or golf course. In addition to coaching, I am also the Erie Region Director for The Junior Tour powered by Under Armour where I am fortunate to caddie for my son.
